1. General

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and product information, is the property of Blushing Butterfly unless otherwise stated.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

2. Products and Orders

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or pricing errors.
  • As per the nature Digital Product, refund are not possible once purchase and download has been made. If you are not happy with your digital product, please get in touch with us to explain the issue. 
  • We will notify you via email if an order is cancelled.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Shopifys internal payment system. 
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to ship all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
  • We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of receipt for all physical products, and refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • We do not accept refunds for digital products once they are accepted and downloaded, if you have an issue with your digital product please get in touch,.

6. Use of Our Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation.
  • You must not attempt to access any data or areas of the website without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and designs on this website are owned by Blushing Butterfly.
  • You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without explicit permission.
  • Digital products are ORIGINAL content and NOT PLR for resale. These products are protected by copyright. Legal action will be taken if these are found to be reproduced and resold/redistributed. 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blushing Butterfly is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hampshire, England.

12. Ethics, Family Involvement & Legal Compliance

Blushing Butterfly is a family run business and our children participate in the planning & creation of our products and website. At all stages of our business we have ensured that their involvement complies with the laws of England including regulations on working hours, wages, health and safety and ethical standards.  we have informed our local council of our business activities and operate with full transparency to guarantee a safe and responsible environment for all family members involved. 13. SafeLives donations

At Blushing Butterfly we have committed to donating £1 per candle we sell to SafeLives. Initially this will be calculated and paid manually on a monthly basis with figures being published annually.
